Contracted to name, brand, launch and prepare to market a new genetic screening organization that applies genomic testing, counseling, and personalized support to help uncover, understand, and act on inherited disease risk.

Challenged to lead a newly integrated marketing team and build a full in-house marketing and communications department. With a collective goal to implement sound strategies and develop compelling campaigns we were able to reach and inspire several B2B2C audiences across multiple platforms and channels. Success was evidenced by increased brand awareness, improved utilization, and measured growth in digital metrics. Our efforts redefined the healthcare industry and built value in the brand.

John Manlove Marketing and Communications is the oldest and one of the most award-winning advertising agencies in Houston, Texas. As Chief Creative Officer I was responsible for the creative product from concept through finish. I developed some of the most successful integrated marketing campaigns and branding strategies on the Gulf Coast, and created B2B and B2C campaigns for all types of clients from Fortune 500 corporations to some of the top real estate developments in the country.

Over a 20 year span I advanced from Art Director through the ranks of creative services to Creative Director and eventually Vice-President. I worked within all media disciplines including broadcast, print, and digital to create campaigns that not only won awards, but produced measurable results.
